Our Commercial Sharpening & Knife Exchange Services are tailored to the Restaurant, Hospitality, and Food Service industries of Central Texas. A Knife Exchange Program keeps sharp, high quality commercial cutlery in your kitchen. We own the knives and each Client has 2 dedicated sets of knives - one in the kitchen and one being sharpened. Knives are exchanged on a consistent and scheduled basis. Since we own the knives, you'll never need to buy a new knife again. Our Knife Rental Packages are a simple and easy way to manage the cost of cutlery in your kitchen. There are no up front costs or service contracts. Exchanges are automatically scheduled. You only pay when we exchange the knives, and your Knife Exchange service may be cancelled any time.

We also offer discounts on our other sharpening services for our commercial clients, including Slicer Blades, Robot Coup, and Nemco blades.
